Washington University School of Law
Washington University School of Law is a private U.S. law school located in St. Louis, Missouri. The School of Law is one of the seven graduate and undergraduate schools of Washington University in St. Louis. The School of Law, founded in 1867, is also the oldest continuously operating law school west of the Mississippi River. The law school was originally located in downtown St. Louis before relocating in 1904 to the Danforth Campus of Washington University in St. Louis. It is presently in the Anheuser-Busch Hall. The School of Law is ranked 16th among law schools approved by the American Bar Association, by U.S. News & World Report.¹ Its clinical training and trial advocacy programs have remained among the top ten according to the same source.
